We're a local crew based in St. Georges. Every project gets the same treatment: full excavation, a properly compacted base, drainage that moves water away from the house, and clean lines that still look right ten years from now. If anything here needs adjusting, call or text us and we'll revise it the same day.

Most failed patios fail underground. We excavate, compact and drain properly so yours doesn't settle, heave or hold water.
No subcontractors passing the job around. The people who designed and quoted your project are the ones who build it.
The agreement, in plain English
Ten short items. No fine print.
- Scope. We perform the work itemized in your estimate. Anything not listed is excluded and quoted separately.
- Payment. The deposit shown on your estimate is due at acceptance; the balance is due on completion, the day of the final walkthrough. Card, ACH and check accepted.
- Change orders. Changes to scope, materials, or conditions found after excavation (unmarked utilities, buried debris, unstable soil) are quoted in writing and approved by you before we proceed.
- Weather & scheduling. Dates are estimates. Rain, freezing temperatures and material availability can shift them and do not constitute breach.
- Access & utilities. You provide access to the work area and water/electric as needed, and identify private lines (irrigation, low-voltage, septic) not covered by Miss Utility of Delmarva (811).
- Permits & HOA. We obtain municipal permits where required, billed at cost. HOA approvals are your responsibility.
- Materials. Natural stone and pavers vary in color and texture; samples are representative. Manufacturer warranties pass through to you.
- Workmanship. Paver and wall work is installed to manufacturer and ICPI base and installation guidelines. Excludes ground movement beyond our control, loads exceeding design, drainage changes by others, or lack of maintenance.
- Cancellation. Full deposit refund within 3 business days of acceptance. After materials are ordered, the deposit is non-refundable to the extent of material and restocking costs.
- Validity. This proposal and estimate are valid for 30 days.
